These terms govern your use of shopanantham.online and any purchase you make from us, whether through the website, Instagram, or direct message. By placing an order you agree to them. Anantham is operated by East Coast TC LLC, Dallas, Texas. You can reach us at shopanantham@gmail.com.
1. Our products
Every garment we sell is bought in small quantities, and in most cases we hold a single piece in each size. Colors shown on screen vary by device and will not always match the garment exactly. Because our pieces are made and finished by hand, small irregularities in embroidery, print alignment, weave and dye are normal and are not defects. We describe them as character, and we mean it.
Measurements listed on each product page are taken from the actual garment, laid flat, and are the most accurate guide to fit. Size labels are a secondary guide only.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We accept your order when we confirm it and take payment. Because stock is limited to single pieces, an item may sell between the moment you add it to your basket and the moment you pay. If that happens, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
For orders placed by direct message: an item is reserved only once payment is received. We hold an unpaid reservation for 12 hours and then release it.
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is mispriced, unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are shown before you confirm. We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Venmo through our secure Shopify checkout. Prices may change at any time, but never after we have accepted your order.
If a price is obviously wrong, a decimal in the wrong place, a garment listed for a fraction of its value, we may cancel and refund rather than honor it.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and we aim to deliver within 5–7 business days of dispatch. Where we do not state a shipping period, we will ship within 30 days of your order.
If we cannot ship in the time stated, we will contact you with a revised date and offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund within seven working days.
Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an address entered incorrectly.
5. Returns

6. Garment care
Care instructions are given on each product page and on the garment label. Embroidered, sequinned and organza pieces are delicate and many require hand washing or dry cleaning. Damage caused by washing contrary to those instructions is not a manufacturing fault.
7. Our content
The Anantham name, logo, photographs, product descriptions and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. You may share our images on social media with credit.
If you send us photographs of yourself wearing our pieces, or tag us, you give us permission to reshare them on our own channels with credit. Tell us at any time if you would rather we did not, and we will remove them.
8. Your conduct
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or buy from us with the intention of reselling without our agreement.
9. Liability
We stand behind what we sell. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
